Andrea has almost two decades of experience as a healing arts practitioner. Professionally, she draws from skills earned in life, in school, and from her own journey into self-awareness as a keen guide to unlocking tension, imbalance, and pain. She is a Certified Structural Integration Practitioner, a Certified Polarity Therapist, Reiki Master, and Licensed Massage Therapist.
She has extensive academic and didactic training in Human Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, Yoga, Meditation, Polarity Therapy and Reiki. She is a former MA student of Counseling Psychology, an Honors graduate of Portland State University, and a graduate of Structural Integration Practitioner Intensive Certification Training at the NW Center for Structural Integration in Portland, OR.
She specializes in Structural Integration (Dr. Ida P Rolf method), Sports Massage and Medical Massage for chronic or acute medical conditions (diagnosed or otherwise); Energy Therapies and Teaching.
Andrea is a Preferred Provider for Providence, MODA, Regence/Blue Cross and Auto Injury patients.
Willa is a graduate of the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. Her work is a combination of muscular knowledge and a keen intuition. She uses firm, intentional strokes which help to promote relaxation and awareness within the body. Deep Tissue, Swedish and accupressure are techniques she employs to support with the body’s vital energy flow; with focused work on areas of chronic pain and tension. Willa believes that one of the best ways to assist her clients is to provide a safe space for them to let go of their daily worries and connect within their body; once this happens, natural and holistic healing can begin to take place. She attended Southern Oregon University and graduated with a Bachelors in English.
Willa is a Preferred Provider with Providence, and is also accepting new Auto Injury and Time-of-Service cases.

Amy studied deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and Tui Na techniques at East West College in Portland. Soon after graduating she earned a certification in Pre and Perinatal massage. She utilizes a variety of deep tissue techniques guided by her intuition and palpation of "what's stuck" to treat chronic and acute pains. Her works puts you at ease by utilizing relaxing strokes, pressure and rhythm that help integrate the detailed and specific work being performed.
Amy is a preferred provider with MODA, and is currently accepting new Time-of-Service and Auto Injury cases.
